Introducing Hand Reflexology as a means of selfcare and to manage impact of stress better.
Topics include:
- The origin of Reflexology
- The impact of stress on the body
- Emotional wellbeing, sleep patterns and our immune system.
- Practical demonstration of selected reflexology points in the hands to aid, Stress and Anxiety, boost immune system and support better sleep and a general warm up and soothing massage of hands.
Participants will get receive all relevant material regarding reflexology points in the hands.

Joy of Journaling
This course is designed as an introductory course that explores using journaling as a tool for wellbeing. The course includes learning the 4 key journaling techniques that make up a journaling practice, how to choose and use prompts, mindfulness teachings and guided visualisations.

Calm the mind Journaling
Calm the Mind is designed to help those who are experiencing anxiety, stress and are overwhelmed. It includes specific journaling prompts, guided visualisations, and mindfulness teachings.
The aim of the course is to create a nurturing and safe space in which participants can experience an increased sense of calm and inner peace. They will learn many journaling techniques that can be used to create an ongoing journaling practice that supports their wellbeing.
