Dear Sirs,

As the Operation and Maintenance Contractor in charge of the motorway we inform all residents in close vicinity of the motorway of any overnight planned works taking place.

With this in mind, we would like to inform you we will be carrying out maintenance on the A12 between the hours of 23:00pm – 06:00am nightly from the 23^rd September 2019 until 15^th November 2019.

With the nature of the work being carried out noise will be generated.

During this time, every precaution will be taken to keep any noise arising from these works to an absolute minimum.
