MindfulWe have a new mindfulness 8 week programme starting on February 4 in the McSweeney Centre 6.30-8.30pm. Mindfulness is the practice of: stepping back from being lost in thought; bringing your attention fully into the present moment; observing whatever arises in awareness with friendly curiosity and it is accepting of whatever arises in your life.

If you practice mindfulness regularly it can lead to: Less worry about the past or future; Less criticism of self and others; More acceptance of the present moment as it is and a greater sense of being a part of life.
