Dear resident,
You are invited to attend a public meeting in the Bunscoil Lancaster Street on Thursday 25th January at 7.00 pm. The meeting has been called by Ashton Community Trust at the request of the University of Ulster. As you will be well aware a huge level of construction is taking place at the new University site and at other nearby works. These developments will have massive effects on local community life. The purpose of the meeting is to give University representatives the opportunity to discuss at first hand with residents any practical issues and concerns they have.
The meeting will also explore how future engagement and communication with the community should be facilitated. Representatives from local community groups will also be in attendance to give their views.
