Within the CORE programme a group of young people started the New Year by completing a Call Centre pre-Employment Training and completed a Customer Services qualification.
On the final day they attended the First Source Call centre. During their visit they had a full tour of the centre, met with staff and gained an insight into upcoming jobs. Many within the group have taken up the opportunity to apply for SKY Customer Services roles. With a starting salary of around £16,500 and an extensive employee benefits package this really is a great opportunity for all who attended.
