Following the recent developments regarding Covid-19 Ashton’s Bridge of Hope Project has taken the decision to review all service delivery. Sadly, this has meant that we have had to cease some of our services for the foreseeable future. This includes delivery of complementary therapy sessions and training programmes. This decision was taken to ensure the safety of our staff, sub-contractors and most importantly those we work with.
As of yesterday we have now closed all Bridge of Hope offices. The staff team have now re-located and are working from home and we continue to deliver talking therapies to clients through telephone counselling. All of our sub-contractors are highly qualified, experienced and professional counsellors and CBT therapists and are fully insured to deliver this service from the safety of their homes. We will continue to look at innovative ways of continuing to support you, our community and make our services and support as accessible as possible.
As a community focused organisation, it is challenging for us to have closed our doors, but the critical and lifesaving message is about Staying Home and Staying Safe, this is an essential move for us to make at this time and presents us all with challenges. Our doors will re-open as soon as it is safe for us all to do so.
We are continuing to work during our normal office hours: –
