Ashton today awarded their tenth Annual Community Bursaries. In the last ten years we have given out almost £60,000 to smaller local groups. These Awards give much deserved recognition to the brilliant work of local volunteers who offer up their time on behalf of others. The volunteer spirit is clearly alive and well in the New Lodge and here at Ashton we are extremely proud of their work. We hope our small contribution goes some way to help them continue to deliver for the local community.
