Take 5 Programme starting next Tuesday 1st June from 6-8pm:
The Take 5 Steps to Wellbeing Training shows practical ways the 5 steps can be used in everyday life to develop emotional resilience and well-being, reduce stress and increase motivation.
The class will run via zoom every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 6pm-8pm from 1st June to 10th June (8 hours in total).
