Are you interested in working in the hospitality industry but lack the experience and qualifications? The Hotel Employment Academy (HEA) could be the answer.
LEMIS+ Project have teamed up with Belfast City Council and two of the City’s newest hotels – the Dalata Hotel Group’s Maldron Hotel Belfast City and Hastings’ Grand Central Hotel Belfast – to help recruit nearly 200 new staff.
The programme is open to anyone living in the Belfast City Council area currently out of work or working less than 16 hours a week.
HEA will give you practical experience in working in a hotel with training beginning in January 2018 and interviews guaranteed for everyone who completes the course.
